There is no cross-contamination. Everything is made in a kitchen used exclusively for gluten-free food, with dedicated utensils, oven, baking trays, stove and fryer.

Aquela Loja Sem Glúten began six years ago with a very real need. As someone with coeliac disease, Adriana knew how difficult it was to find gluten-free snacks away from home that were soft, moist and full of flavour.
When the pandemic brought her father’s two restaurants to a close, a long-held idea became a family trial — and it worked. Now 79, he still leads production and develops the fillings and seasoning. Adriana focuses on dough and texture, supported by three specialist courses in gluten-free production.
After 23 years in London and launching @thatglutenfreeshop, Adriana is now growing Aquela Loja Sem Glúten in Brazil, with the ambition of bringing its food to many more people.
